Children applying for Chinese Visas must provide a copy of their birth certificate, along with a copy of each of their parent’s ID’s to determine their state of residence.

We can complete the form for you at the time of your appointment, but if you’d like to reduce your time spent at our office the full application can be completed digitally online by following this link:

  • A copy of both parent's IDs
  • A copy of both parent's passports
  • A copy of the minors birth certificate
  • One parent must sign the application and all other documents regarding the visa application on behalf of the minor applicant
  • Only one parent must be present, but all parents listed on an applicant's birth certificate must still provide copies of a passport and ID
